Things are a bit hectic right now but no more than usual. Avery is recovery pretty well from his pneumonia. He has required some suctioning which he hates but not too much. I am concerned that he is getting c-diff again though. This was the first time in over a yr. that he was actually finishing his titrated vanco which is an 8 wk course for the c-diff. Well he was due to be done this Friday and what do ya know, he is back on an antibiotic which cause his c-diff to flare up. Even though we just started a new 14 day course of the vanco, his poop is smelling a bit suspicious. This kid seriously needs a stool transplant which I heard there was one, LOL.
We are having alot of issues with Isaiah's stoma to his g-tube. Over the past couple of weeks it has started to leak and it is getting worse. I was in to see the GI nurse on Friday with him and she tried a few things and even remeasured his stoma and went down a size but that seems even worse. We have tried to let his hole close and it works a bit and back to leaking. It is now causing major irritation around the site. They do not or cannot go up a size b/c the next size is an 18 and his is a 16. So that doesn't work. A friend of mine went through a similiar thing (another mito mom) and she said it was an indicator of more serious motility issues. Lord I hope that is not the case. He is also having some skin breakdown on his back b/c he is super skinny and his spine sticks out. He is a wild rolling man so we are keeping it covered with padded medical patches. It seemed better today. I will tell you he does not complain about a darn thing. He is such a good boy.
Janessa is getting sick as well. Her illnesses usually last about 4 days. I might take her in on Friday with us for labs if she is sick to see what they look like. A dr. at the conference suggested it but do I really want to know. Probably not, I will be a paranoid freak if I see anything off. But when she gets sick, she is really sick typically.
Me, I am still tired, not pregnant but still tired. Although not as bad as last week. Work has been super busy too.
Rick has basketball camp this week. One of my friend's son is staying with us. A teenager in our house, weird. It gives Rick a guilt-free reason to play video games. Oops, did I just say that. Sorry babe.

Give Avery acidophilus. Hugs & kisses to the kids. Having 3rd interview w/Gyn/OB office. Meeting Chinese MD nurse & med.assist. Things I'm not sure about is it's mostly phone, extensive computer work as some of the charts are all computerized now & Fallon. Have to chg all our docs. You know how I love hands on. So far everyone has a positive feeling for me. Their is computer training for the system. I know I can do it but hopefully would like it. Confused-friend recommending me for IV job at Mem. Also a lot to learn-CVL's which I did in H.Health. Ports. etc. But have not had any call yet, so how do I stall other job?
LOL
