Look how pooped he is :(

Today has been quite busy and overwhelming. He has had an echo and renal scan and another difficult IV placement and more blood. We are running out of spots though and not close to placing a line yet. He is holding his own right now but from what the drs. are telling me that these yeasts can be very nasty and an up/down long battle.

More prayers for one of Rick's students who was killed in a car accident yesterday morning. She is a senior and a great kid. Our prayers go out to her family and friends and extended Central family.

Praying that Avery's system can fight this off and the meds work fast! Praying for some rest and peace for you too.

ES

Oh Nicky he looks so pale, like you described to me on the phone--but he's a tough little guy and he's going to wait this out until his body is ready to take over again, don't you worry my friend.
Big hugs to rick and Janessa.
love ya

Great spending time with you last night. Happy you were able to actually see the warm weather. Give a kiss to your adorable boy. See you soon. Always in our prayers.
