Update

So it turns out that Avery had yet another ear infection. But this one seems sooo much worse. He has been up the last 2 nights hourly. He has been so lethargic and feverish and fussy during the day. I am not used to seeing him like this. He started an antibiotic (Zythromax) which he had before and what would you know.

Yes.... He has another reaction to it.

Okay....So this the like his fourth reaction to a med in the last few months.

Whenever they say the likelihood is rare, they sure a not talking about my kids. I just don't get it at all. I am sorry but there has to be some explained reason why my kid vomits daily and reacts to every med. Just not normal.

So my nurse called out again for tomorrow. She actually gave her notice the other day which we were not too surprised at all. Not reliable at all. Yet we don't have a replacement yet.

It just really stinks on how other people decision really affect our livelihood. I am such a control freak and really hate this. But what are you gonna do. Things always work out as Rick would say. Yes, easier said than done, right.

Isaiah started retching last night but was given Valium and was okay today. The quiet before the storm is coming folks.

So no nurse tomorrow and Friday. A new one training on Sat. Please just pray that we get this nursing thing straighten out. Our life depends on it.
