Avery has a Cochlear implant date. October 26 is his surgery and he will get turned on a few weeks after the surgery. I am so excited for him to hear. Avery has been looking really good and strong and been wild with the rolling in the last couple of days. He has started with his therapies and I am liking all of his new therapists.

Isaiah has a vision appt. today. Again that boy is just so smart. They were testing some of his functional vision by having him look at shapes at a distance and he had to pick by hand which shape he saw and he did amazing. His vision is not horrible, he may need glasses which is a laugh b/c that boy will not keep those on for even a second. His pstosis (which is his eyelids are getting very heavy due to muscle weakness) is affecting his visual field. When it gets bad then we will consider the surgery for it but it has it's drawbacks right now for him. So we will wait and see.

We are currently interviewing some nurses. Please pray that we find the right fit for our family.

Sending my cousin Jaime so big hugs and prayers for a smooth and happy delivery. Can't wait to meet Benjamin.

Rick starts his new job as Ass. Dean of Students on Monday. Good luck baby.
