I'm Back

I had such a great time. It was so nice to catch up with my friend, it was like no time had passed at all. The weather was beautiful, got some serious shopping done and even saw a shark on the shore. Rick and I are hoping to make a trip out there before the basketball season.

The kids did great while mom was gone. I think this is a first that I am not in the hospital the day I get back from a vacation. Although I probably shouldn't have said that b/c as I type Mr. Avery is on oxygen. He has been struggling since last night to keep up his sats (never a good thing) but he seems fine during the day. Who knows???

Janessa started a swim team a my gym today. She did great in keeping up with the kids but was NOT thrilled at all about doing it b/c it was alot of work. Poor kid did laps and lunges the whole hr. But I think this will be a good thing for her and she really has no choice. A little hard work never hurt anyone. Plus it makes me continue working out 2 days a week. We will see how it goes.
