Update

We were able to avoid the hospital which I am so thrilled about. Avery never spiked a fever after that and was fine. I am really thinking that he had the adverse reaction to the sudafed. It is supposed to be a nondrowsy type and he is drowsy BUT it did clear him up which was our intended purpose. He has over 6 med allergies but I am not ready to add this one to the list yet. I did an experiment and did not give the sudafed on Monday and he was super junky all day but did not nap and had GREAT difficulty going down at night (took some good meds. to do that). Today I gave him a little less of the sudafed and he was totally clear all day requiring no suctioning at all. BUT... he was drowsy and kinda out of wack. He got junky for bed and still needs the O2 b/c he has been dropping to the 70s and he should be above 95%. So tomorrow I am going to try half of the dose and see what we get.......

Isaiah is no longer retching which is fabulous but..... his motility (how well he is digesting his food) is horrible. It is causing his g-tube button to leak copious amounts of formula and food is taking much longer to digest, also his bowel sounds are low. I put a call into the dr and they could not get us in until Feb. Well obviously that is not going to work so I called the GI nurseand they will squeeze us in soon. So I am not sure all these retching episodes which have been alot lately are migrane related or stomach related at this point but we need to figure it out.

As for me, I was feeling pokey all day and pushed myself to workout with the trainer. BOy was that a big mistake. I swear I was going into diabetic shock during the workout. I was sweating tons, dizzy, so nauseous and could not see right. We had to end it and get plenty of sugar in me. I felt like complete crap the rest of the night. Now I have worked out much harder than that and never experienced that before. I ate well during the day too. SO no idea on that whole episode but definetly weird.

Janessa FINALLY lost her front teeth, I will post pictures. But man is our tooth fairy rich (daddy) this is her 3rd tooth and she got 10 bucks again. If it were me I would have given a buck or two. LOL.

Try Dimetapp instead of sudafed. Now the pedi's don't believe in antihistamines, decongestants below age 2. I know he's 2 but smaller.
