YAY. By the time we got there Avery actually looked pretty good. He sounded clear and no fever. Chest x-ray looked good and labs were good. They did a sputom culture which looked a bit suspected so they decided to treat him with more abx. They wanted to admit him and I said "FOR WHAT" he looks great. I felt he was perfectly fine to take home, apparently last night (I went to Maine) he was dropping his sats in the low to mid 80s and high fevers and on o2 for the night which never happens. So if they had seen him like that then there was no way of him going home. Luckily today he was much better, wonder if it was the overnight o2. Anyway, very happy to be sleeping in my own bed and I am sure he is too.
Avery is seeing the pulm. dr. on Wed so this is a very important appt. I really hope to get some relief from all of his junkyness and respiratory issues.

Hey, glad that worked out well for you guys. I'm sure it's good to be home. We're off camping for the week, just locally if any of you are interested in hanging out. My cell is 617 892 2535. it's in Canton, at a place called Ponkapoag. We get a cabin in the woods, very basic, and there is a shallow lake the kids play in. They catch snakes and stuff. It's cool. If you wanted to bring one or more of the kids out for the day, we'd love to have you.
Otherwise we have a week until school starts again. So not looking forward to going back this year. If you want to get together that week at all, let me know. I haven't seen Anna, Tracy or Kathleen for ages. Maybe we could all get together. Don't worry if it's too much. Life is crazy hectic I know.
Hope the kids are all well and happy.
Alison.
