Unfortunately we did not get to celebrate his birthday on Sat. b/c we were still away. I came home with lots of gifts for my big 8 year old boy. We still owe these guys a big celebration very soon.
Janessa and I returned this morning from our trip to Canada. We had a great time and I am so glad we were finally able to visit all the girls. We starte visiting the falls which is something that you have of course have to do when visiting Canada. Then we stopped at the Roung house and met Alexis and big brother. It was so nice to be able to hold her, she is so sweet and what a beautiful family. Thanks Steph and to your hubby for the wings :)
I finally got to meet Debbie's girls and her husband. They are beautiful of course and it was great to finally see their little personalities. Our home lives are so similiar with the kids so it was nice to spend the weekend with a family that gets it. I felt right at home. Janessa was is awe at the scenery and how different things were in Canada. She was also very comfortable there which is great b/c she is typically very shy in new situations. The kids did alot of fun things while Debbie and I just chatted away and missed a few exits on the way, lol....
I am so impressed with how well the boys did while I was gone. Especially Mr. Avery....... Nothing major went on while I was away and he sounded great. It was nice to come home to a healthy house and be able to enjoy my trip without worries. Hopefully they both stay on that track.
