At this point you all may be expecting me to post about once a week now.  That basically means things are going well around here.  The boys have been doing so well for which I am so grateful.  Isaiah's retching cycles have been so much more manageable since he was hospitalized, Thank God.  Avery has been doing great, he is on 9cc of j feeds without any issues, YAY!!!!  Aside from his typical respiratory issues he is happy and feeling good.  Janessa only has one week left of school, then it is dog shopping time.  Eeeek.  We are CRAZY for sure.

I went to see the surgeon yesterday and unfortunately I have multiple umbilical hernias that are protruding.  I am scheduled for surgery on July 7th.  UGH....  It is such a huge deal for me to be out of commission and not being able to lift the boys and work.  I know it has to be done but it is a pain b/c I don't have nursing 24hrs a day and Isaiah is 45 lbs and Avery is 32 lbs both dead weight.  It is almost inevitable to not lift them, but I am going to have to try to get more nursing hrs for those few wks and hopefully be able to cover them.  One of my nurses is going away during that time :(  I am sure it will all work about but it is very stressful especially b/c I will be out of work.  No work, no pay.    The surgery could be tricky b/c I have ALOT of scar tissue from 3 c sections so I am getting a CT scan this wk and hopefully it will make things easier so it does not have to be done open. 

We had our Littlest Heros photo shoot today :)  I wanted to be able to do it outside but the weather did not cooperate.  It is sooo much work getting photos done with these boys but I think she got some great ones.  Can't wait to see them.  Once I get the cd I will load them on here!!!!!!!
