Not much to report around here which is fabulous and boring for all you blog readers, sorry. Life is still good.
Avery had his IVIG infusion on thurs. and he has been great. No reaction whatsoever. i am just so happy with how great he is doing these days. He just seems so much stronger and older. He has been struggling with his feeds which is nothing in comparision to everything else he has been through. Totally manageable. We are just enjoying our time home as a family and hope it continues for sometime.
Isaiah is going great as well just pooping a bit too much. We are testing his stools for c-diff which would be unlikely but something is up with his increase in stools. He is going back to school this week which is great for him. He really needs to get back to his routine.
Janessa is also going back and getting excited at this point.
Rick and I are back on our weight loss kick. We ate out way too much this summer so we have to get back on track. Of course he has only gone back to the gym this wk and already dropped 4 lbs. Me, I have worked my butt off and worked out just about everyday this wk and ate great and lost a whopping 1 lbs. UGH
On a sad note, a friend from High School that I had reconnected recently through faceback was found dead in her bed. Just such a sad and heartbreaking story. She was such a great person. My prayers go out to her family. I am hoping to attend the wake this week. It really just makes you appreciate your life and your loves ones.

Glad to hear the kids are doing pretty good! So sorry about your friend!
Oh my goodness, I was literally reading all your good news, and smiling, and that was such a shocking thing to read at the end. How horribly sad. I'm so sorry. That happened to a friend (ex girlfriend) of Scott's when he was in college. I think he's always aware of it. Did she have children? Can you imagine you life ending so suddenly, and having to leave your kids behind? Just thinking about it makes me want to cry. It does make you take a deep breath and appreciate everything and every day you have.
