I have really been slacking on my blog these days. I am feeling a change in scenery soon, UH OH!!!!

We did come home from the hospital on Sunday. YAY!!!

Avery was better in terms of the flu-like symptoms buuuttt.......

He looks pretty pale and not himself, something is definetly up. I am thinking he will be needing another blood transfusion which sucks. As he just had one only 4 wks ago. I could be wrong but I hate those mommy instincts sometimes because they are usually right. The crazy thing is he has a 9am appt. with hematology which was actually booked a few months ago. He has gotten 4 transfusions this year already and yet his body is making new blood but we cannot see where he is losing it. It just does not make sense. So if he is not looking good tomorrow then I am sure he will get a blood drawn and we will see if he needs the transfusion. Needless to say I have packed a bad JUST in case. I like having my essentials with me (striped pj pants, laptop, slippers, pillow and blanket and Avery's dragon of course). Although I really hope we go home after our appts.

Rick is at another basketball camp all week so it is all me and that stinks sometimes. I could really use a nice break at some point. I mean like a 7 day cruise. LOL.. I will settle for a weekend away at this point.

Mr, Isaiah is doing well. He is going for his tricyle trial in 2 wks and which is very exciting. He went bowling today with school so he was pretty tired. He is just such an awesome kid and I am sooo lucky that he is so stable for so long.

Janessa is off the rest of the summer which stresses me out. I like to keep her active. She swims in the pool daily but really needs someone there with her as the boys are in the house with the nurse. I have to say that I will be happy when school is back. Although, I know she does not feel the same way.

Anyway, I am hoping my next post will be from home. But ya never know?????

Hey, just checking in. You sound very busy as usual. That's cool you got to take Janessa to Canobie Lake. We took the kids when we were in England. The roller coasters weren't too bad (although the whole place was pretty much designed for tweens and under!), but I swear, I can't even watch them on the spinning rides, let alone go on them. They give me such an instant headache! Bleh!

Kids loved them, of course. I think my brain is getting old...which would be logical I guess!
