Wish us Luck
Avery has been having a pretty tough time over the past few days. Yesterday his nurse almost called an ambulance. He has a few seizures which lasted about a minute with not breathing. He has never done this at home. He was totally pale and unresponsive. My poor nurse and Rick were pretty scared. I was at work so had missed it all. He has been weaning from Klonopin and we are suspecting that he is going through withdrawals which is horrible. I am waiting to hear from the drs. to see if we should put him back on his morning dose or just wait things out. Luckily we are going to the hospital in the morning. We have a few appts. and hope to get a bed soon. Hopefully we can get a bed by late afternoon. Surgery is scheduled for 9am on Thurs. Rick can hopefully updated the blog. Please wish us luck.

I hope you hear back from the Neuro soon. That must have been pretty scary.
Good luck with Avery's admission and surgery. Jaiden just went through this and I know how scary it can be. Call me if you need to.

Hey Nicky, thanks for the call and message. I kept forgetting to get the number off my work phone, and then I didn't want to disturb you today, what with it being such a crazy time. I hope everything is going OK so far, and that Avery's surgery goes well. We'll be thinking of, and praying for you all, and we'll check the blog to see how things are going. Once you guys have settled back down a bit, we'd love to come over and hang out. We're looking forward to it, and we'll try and figure out when would be good whenever you guys are ready.
