So it is Monday. Have you ever had one of those days when you felt like you have done so much but actually got nothing accomplished. You know what I am talking about. Well today was one of those days for Rick and I. Everything was back to business b/c so much was put off b/c of Avery hospitalization. I had a very busy work schedule. Had a ton of errands to do but was not able to do any of them b/c work was so busy. Rick also had a similar day.

On a negative note. The sellers of the house we are supposedly buying frin and moving in a couple of weeks is being a real *****. She is not will be budge on any repairs that are needed. The thing is that we both really love the house. So what can you do. I guess we will keep you all posted as to how it will turn out.
