Never a Dull Moment

Gonna make this quick though. I've pretty very sick all week and treated for what was thought to be a kidney infection. Despite iv antibiotics and IV fluids as well as oral abx I'm still running a 102.5 temp and feel horrible with chills and severe pain. I knew something was not right. My dr. Sent me this morning for a CT scan and it showed a large abcess on my right kidney. Not good at all. So they sent me to the hospital for admission and drainage of the abcess. Doesn't sound like fun but I am anxious to feel better. They plan on doing it in the morning so I will try to keep you post. Thanks
