We are Back

Gosh, what a CRAZY week it has been. Lots of ups and downs but mainly ups. The week started on Monday with packing and the boys big appts. Still as expected we walked out with many questions and little answers. Of course Avery has not gained any weight. They were really concerned and thought he was not getting enough calories. NO KIDDING. What do you expect the kid throws up everyday of his life. So they (GI drs.) wanted me to double his feeding pump rate which my response was that he will really throw up then. They said as long as he is gaining while throwing up then that will be a plus. They also prescribed yet another med. Drs. just don't know what to make of it and are suggesting we see another mito. specialists.

Onto Isaiah, he is still having tons of diarrhea (5-6 bouts a day and losing weight), they are concerned about malabsorption issues and ran some stool tests on him. He is also a big mystery. And like clockwork, just started a spell today. (probably the stress of the mover). They booked both boys to see the top GI dr. in Children's who is also one of the top in the country. He is the one who suggested Avery start this new med. and further testing on Isaiah. We also met with the CCS (case management), they will be very helpful but also just book a slew of appts. for the boys.

Janessa had a major breakdown on moving out day. While the movers were they we could not find her. Well we finally found her in her empty bedroom with just her tv for which she wrote on it " I am not Move". Poor thing was just bawling her eyes out. It was very hard and confusing for her.

They move went very, Exhausting, but exciting. The house is so much more beautiful than I remembered it as I had only seen it once. It is perfect for our family, great for entertaining, and also private. I will post pictures soon. We do have alot of painting to do so I don't want to post until we make it our own. I hope everyone is well. Thanks for peeking.

Nicky,

I am glad the "move" is over. I imagine you still have tons to do though. How is Janessa now? Is she doing better now that you are there? I hope we get to meet up while we are in Boston. Is Isaiah doing better today? How is Avery tolerating the feeds? Prayers and Hugs being sent your way!
